Tail lifts provide convenience and safety when loading and unloading goods from trucks without a ramp or forklift. Stages of Tail Lift Production
The production of tail lifts at our plant consists of several basic steps. Although specific processes may vary depending on the platform design and customer conditions, general stages include:
- Design and planning. Engineers develop a detailed design of the tail lift, taking into account technical requirements, vehicle dimensions and load capacity, and customer specifications. Drawings and 3D models are created for future production.
- Preparation of materials. The necessary components are selected - metal, hydraulic components, electrical wiring, etc. Their quality is checked to ensure compliance with standards.
- Processing and assembly of metal elements. Cutting and forming metal sheets and profiles to manufacture the frame and platform.
- Welding of components, after which the design undergoes quality control and correction, if necessary.
- Installation of the hydraulic system. Installation of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and hoses. Checking the system for leaks and operability.
- Electrical installation. Connecting the platform electrical control system, installing the pushbutton panel and/or remote control.
- Painting and anti-corrosion treatment. Applying a protective coating to metal parts to prevent corrosion and improve the appearance. It is possible to paint the equipment in colors at the customer's request.
- Testing and quality control. Functional check of all tail lift systems, including raising and lowering the platform. Safety control of operation, including overload testing and emergency situations.
- Final assembly and preparation for shipment. Installation of additional accessories or markings, packaging and preparation for transportation to the warehouse or to the customer.
- Installation and maintenance. The company's engineers install the tail lift on the customer's vehicle or can provide instructions and training on installation and maintenance if the client or contractor is to do this.
